How to Build Using the Phone

Points to remember:

1. Do not oversell! It is great coffee. Just drink it!

Steps to success:

1. Determine your WHY - Better be big or you will not call people.

2. GET ON THE PHONE
   a. Ask if they are you still looking for a business.
   b. Determine THEIR WHY.
   c. Company Call - (800) 921- 4266 (Three way them in or ask them to be there in 15 minutes when you call back.)
   d. Ask on Scale of 1 - 10 how they feel.
   i. 8 or greater ask if they are ready to try the product.
   e. Ask if they can go online at the same time they talk.

      i. Walk them through the videos.
   
g. Set an appointment for the return call.
      i. Make them promise to answer your return call.
      ii. Use a card file or other reminder system. (Prosperity tasks.)
   h. Ask on Scale of 1 - 10 how they feel when you call back.
      i. 8 or greater ask if ready to try the product.
   i. Three ways to start - good - better - best
      i. Any hesitation - Three way upline
      ii. They are virtually closed at this point
   j. Sign up 50PV Autoship - call the company or you sign by internet
   k. Ask for referrals

3. Introduce them to the upline if not done during sign-up

4. Make them commit to the business for 90 days
   a. Autoship a 50PV order - leaders do at least 100PV
      i. This is their overhead for business
      ii. They get to eat the inventory
   b. Use the product
   c. Call you EVERY DAY with an update of their business

5. Get them into Prosperity
   a. Have them look at the website and build their list
   b. Teach them to do the above steps
